| [size=18]  You must act like an adult when playing with us, or even when you are by yourself. Once you are part of this Squad, you represent us every where you go. Name calling, or harassment is NOT allowed. If you get upset and quit a match in the middle of the game, simply because things aren't going the way you would like them to, you WILL be removed from the Squad for childish behavior. We have no tolerance for childish behavior in game. TeamSpeak is our preferred method of communications. We use this during all Main Events, and you will too if you wish to participate in them. A lack of communications or slow communications due to typing gets people killed! Please also allow for silences so we can concentrate on the surroundings, as some members have awesome sound cards, and wish for them to be put to good use. All we ask on this situation is use your head!! TeamSpeak Rules: Do not cuss all the time(Switch off yer MIC), only in banter is this allowed, please keep in mind we have people of all ages and different people take things differently. You may be having a laugh, however the person may think you are having a laugh at his or her expense!! We have people from different countries who's language does not start with English, so be careful to how you word certain aspects as people may pick it up in the wrong content!! Anything else is just common sense, think about your actions before you act or in some cases react to an instance! Private messages to any Squad member during a match is not allowed. If you have something to say, say it in Ventrilo where we can all hear it. You are not allowed to logout during a match except for real life situations. For example, getting into a fight with a Squad member and then logging out is unacceptable! Feel free to invite people into the Squad, but be advised that any member you bring in, is your responsibility. You are their mentor and are responsible for getting them up to speed on how the clan operates, helping to set up missions for them, answering any questions they may have, ect... You will be blamed if things go tits up!! Give us your input. We will gladly accept any tips or strategy you may have, but please don't get upset if we don't use your ideas. We have been in and running Clans/Squads for a while now, and have tried a lot of things. Chances are, we've already tried it. Your skill level doesn't mean anything to us. Good players with bad attitudes will be removed end of.... If you become the best player on the team, this does not guarantee you a spot in our matches. We have worked long and hard to get this squad going, and winning isn't everything. I will let a loyal member that shows up for practices and proves they are willing to give 100% in the game play over a member that shows occasionally but is always the top scorer. This may seem strange to you, but look at it this way: How would you like to be part of a Squad for over a year, then loose your position because a new guy (Awesome Player) joined that only shows up for the actual matches, nothing else. You would feel that, all the time you put into the Squad would mean nothing. This is not what this Squad is about!!! Loosing a fight, or completely getting taken out during random events is not the end of the world. Accidents happen and you can't win them all. So lighten up and have a good time with it. I don't care who's fault it was, we all died with you, so laugh it off and let's try again! In order to become an Advanced Member of the Squad you must be voted in. For this to happen you must be sponsored by an existing Advanced Member. When an Advanced Member decides that you've been around a while, and have helped out a lot he/she will ask that a vote is made to make you an Advanced Member. If the majority of the Advanced Members/Admins agree, you will be moved up, and given access to additional forums, Server Passwords, Admin powers and be allowed to take part in future votes for Squad decisions. If for some reason the vote goes against you being moved up, do not worry, it could be down to a whole load of things, which will be explained to you. e.g. The advanced members may not know you too well, or some may think you haven't been around long enough etc.. It may just be a small thing, and once you are told why, you can improve, or get on with what you are doing until another vote is started Wink This rule I hope we do not have to bring it up all the time, but please use the Squad forums, this is the main part of the site where people get to know us, or where we can retire to at the end of the night to talk about anything and everything that has happened. Please also keep in mind we are one, there should be no individuals here none at all!! An Admin has privileges to listen to the members to change for the better, not for the worse. Only change for a good reason, do not use admin powers for your own benefits!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Advice! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------We are all friends here and intend to stay that way for years to come. We've been here before |MGS| and we'll be here after. This Squad is much more then just some in game deal to us and we'd like you to join our family. This will mean you will need to develop a sense of humor. We joke around, call each other names, will insult you on a daily basis and will bring up something stupid you did repeatedly for months after it happened. This is all done in fun so take it with a grain of salt. If we didn't like you, you would be banned and wouldn't have heard what was just said. So laugh it off and come back at us, we expect it! One day we may be at your wedding, or sending you birthday, Christmas or graduation gifts. We may be viewing pictures of your new born children in our gallery and watching you and your loved ones grow up. I've met some of my best friends through Clans/Squads and I hope you will too. I'd just like you to keep this in mind when something in game upsets you. Or something was said that you have decided to take too personally. Friendship is more important than anything that can happen in any game that we play. So please think twice before you throw that all away because of some silly fight!
